RAKHEE, Founder.

Rakhee is an entrepreneur with more than 12+ years of experience. Prior to this she has worked as Head - Recruitment for a Delhi based Manpower Consultancy Company. She has over 11 years of experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment solutions for corporates.

She holds a Masters of Sociology from University of Rajasthan with a proven track record in hiring resource for all positions. She has been a hands-on person spearheading the operations for the company and has a good connect with people across the board.


ABHAY KUMAR, Head - Operations

Abhay is currently working as Head - Operations looking after Recruitment, Business Development and Operations.

He has over 18 years of experience in Recruitment, Mentoring and Business Development . He has been an entrepreneur with 12+ years at the helm of Teamvision Solutions a Delhi based Manpower Consulting company with clientele in both domestic and overseas market.

Abhay is widely known across the industry and has a great reputation across capital market in India which has been the focus of Teamvision’s business interest for the last eight years. He has been a hands-on person spearheading the operations for the company and has a good connect with people across the board.

In his previous roles, prior to Teamvision, he has also worked with Thapar Groups IT venture iBiLT Technologies Ltd, Excel Infotech Ltd and US based AVS Systems Inc. and was instrumental in growing the business tremendously.


MUKUL BHARTIYA, Associate - Internet Marketing

Mukul Bhartiya is e-commerce, m-commerce, multichannel sales, inbound marketing, business development and retail professional along with being Karate, photography and numerology enthusiast. As an entrepreneur and professional, he has always taken up the challenge of new projects to work. In last four years of his professional journey, he has started an e-commerce and multi channel sales business, set up an m-commerce venture for a client and launched mobile apps.

He is a MBA from Center of Management Education, VAMNICOM, Pune run by Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India. He writes on different subjects of entrepreneurship, self-help, digital media marketing and e-commerce on various forums and websites other than his personal blog www.digi-age.in and www.digiage.quora.com.

Mukul in his prior role has shaped up and established the business of different organizations in different geographical locations, i.e., Staples business of ABRL in Mumbai, Staples business of Reliance Retail in Rest of Maharashtra, Commodity Futures business of MCX in Bihar/Jharkhand and Retail & Consumer marketing business of NAFED in all over India. He has also worked on formulating business strategy of agriculture commodity marketing for NAFED for 2 years and designed strategy for procurement and disposal of oilseeds under Price Support Scheme during the period of 2002 to 2005.

He has been given appreciation letter for presentation and review of business activities of NAFED by Estimates Committee of Parliament, which reviews the non-plan expenditure of Government of India.
